The phrase "on fleek" is equivalent to saying "on point," to perfection, good, or great. This expression originated and went viral in 2014 on Vine (a 6-second video sharing platform which no longer exists as of January 2017). Kayla Newman spontaneously came up with this catchphrase to describe her new and flawlessly shaped eyebrows and it immediately caught the attention of millions on social media. It has now become a complimentary phrase among Millennials.
